I’m Ken Taylor, a property insurance claim consultant with over a decade of experience in construction estimating, insurance adjusting, and disaster restoration. My career has been dedicated to helping property owners, insurance carriers, and contractors navigate the complex world of claims and restoration projects.
I bring hands-on expertise in insurance claim estimating and property claim appraisals, backed by years of leadership in the restoration industry and direct field experience as an adjuster. Having managed and audited hundreds of property claims—from residential losses to large-scale commercial projects—I know what it takes to accurately scope damages, prepare defensible estimates, and resolve disputes fairly.

My background includes leading large estimating teams, managing restoration operations, and negotiating complex claims with insurance carriers. I also hold advanced certifications in Xactimate and Symbility estimating platforms, giving me the tools to deliver precise, industry-standard documentation every time.
My goal is simple: to provide accurate, unbiased, and timely claim support—whether through detailed estimates that reflect true repair costs or impartial appraisals that bring claims disputes to resolution.
